What a call sounds like

"Kerr & Sons Electrical, you're speaking with Jim's AI concierge. How can I help?" The caller explains the job, the concierge asks the questions you'd ask, offers a time from your calendar and confirms it. You get a message with the name, number, address, job and time.

If it's something it can't handle, it takes a proper message and tells the caller you'll ring back, so nobody hangs up and calls the next business on Google.

$149 a month, including one local Australian number, plus call time at cost with no markup. You set a monthly cap, so there's never a surprise bill.

Questions

Will callers know it's AI?

Yes. It says so at the start of every call. Most people just want their job booked or question answered, and it does that quickly and politely.

Can it handle emergencies?

You decide the rules. For example, anything urgent can be put straight through to your mobile, with a text to you at the same time.

Does it work with my calendar?

It can book into Google Calendar, Outlook and most booking systems. If yours isn't covered, it takes the booking request and you confirm it with one tap.
