Common questions
Do you work outside the inner north?
Yes, across Melbourne. Most of our projects are within half an hour of Fitzroy.
How long does a permit take?
Usually three to five months, depending on the council. We tell you where it's up to every fortnight.
Can you work to a fixed budget?
Yes. Tell us the number at the start and we design to it, with a builder's estimate before drawings are final.
